At BSPEC INC (operating the D3Prospect platform), we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and responsibility in all aspects of our business. Because D3Prospect operates a high-speed predictive intelligence and data orchestration layer, the security and reliability of our infrastructure are paramount.
Our suppliers are expected to follow the same rigorous standards by which we conduct business. This Code of Conduct outlines our expectations for all suppliers, partners, server hosts, API vendors, and service providers (hereafter “the Suppliers” or “the Supplier”) working with BSPEC INC. We expect our Suppliers to not only follow applicable regulations and ethical business practices but to actively strive to exceed these standards.
Our goal at BSPEC INC is to establish and maintain a work environment that actively respects human rights and labor ethics, aligned with universal standards.
Human rights: All of our Suppliers must protect human rights. This includes a commitment to non-discriminatory hiring and employment practices based on nationality, gender, age, religion, or any other status. We expect adherence to frameworks such as the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGP).
Labor ethics: Any employment practices involving forced labor or debt slavery are strictly prohibited. The Supplier is prohibited from using child labor. The Supplier shall pay reasonable wages relevant to current market rates and ensure a safe, harassment-free communication environment for all workers.
We aim to promote a diverse, fair, and inclusive workplace and expect our Suppliers to integrate these principles into their organizational practices.
Diversity & Equity: The Supplier is expected to build diverse teams and provide equal opportunities for all employees, ensuring that compensation and promotions are awarded without bias.
Inclusion: Suppliers should foster a workplace culture that encourages open dialogue, supports different points of view, and promotes mutual respect.
The Supplier is responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
Risk management: The Supplier must implement comprehensive safety protocols tailored to its specific operations (including data center and hardware maintenance safety, where applicable).
Emergency preparedness: The Supplier should maintain disaster readiness plans and ensure facilities meet required local and international safety standards.
We uphold the highest standards of integrity in all business dealings to maintain the trust of our enterprise API consumers.
Anti-corruption: The Supplier must avoid all forms of corruption and bribery, refraining from offering, authorizing, or accepting incentives that could influence decision-making.
Anti-competitive practices: The Supplier must not engage in practices that restrict or distort market competition.
Conflict of interest: The Supplier is required to promptly disclose any potential conflicts of interest, including personal relationships with BSPEC INC employees.
Suppliers must refrain from engaging in activities that facilitate unlawful operations.
Economic sanctions: Suppliers are required to comply with all relevant economic sanctions and export control laws (including US embargoes). Any actions that could lead to violations of these laws by either the Supplier or BSPEC INC are strictly prohibited.
Because D3Prospect relies on proprietary Machine Learning models and edge-network architectures, our Suppliers must adhere to strict data security and intellectual property protocols.
Information Security & Ephemeral Processing: Suppliers processing data on our behalf (e.g., third-party SMTP verification nodes, edge compute providers) must implement robust safeguards, including AES-256 encryption. Any data payloads routed through the Supplier via the D3Prospect API or Web Application must be processed ephemerally.
Data Ingestion Prohibition: Suppliers are strictly prohibited from storing, retaining, or ingesting BSPEC INC’s data payloads to train their own artificial intelligence models, Large Language Models (LLMs), or to populate competing databases.
Privacy Compliance: Suppliers must support BSPEC INC’s compliance with global privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) and must not interfere with our Cryptographic Suppression architecture. Suppliers must be capable of handling data breach notifications and data subject requests in accordance with legal timeframes.
BSPEC INC is committed to sustainable computing. Running intensive PostgreSQL databases and Machine Learning inference at scale requires significant energy.
Sustainable Infrastructure: We expect our infrastructure and hardware Suppliers (e.g., bare-metal server providers) to prioritize energy efficiency, utilize renewable energy sources where possible, and maintain transparency regarding their data center Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) and carbon footprint.
We are committed to a collaborative approach to resolving compliance issues.
Encouraging open communication: Suppliers facing difficulties in adhering to our Code of Conduct are encouraged to proactively communicate their challenges. Please contact our legal and compliance team directly at [email protected].
Verification and due diligence: To ensure compliance, BSPEC INC may conduct evaluations and perform thorough due diligence. Suppliers are required to provide accurate and timely information upon request.
Consequences of non-compliance: Should a Supplier fail to address violations of this Code of Conduct after receiving reasonable notice, BSPEC INC reserves the right to suspend or terminate the business relationship and revoke API access immediately.
